Amazing post, Future. I especially liked this quote:

As a dabbler, I’m still wrestling this concept today. One of the things I remember so well from your IVS on Identity is when you bluntly said, “Go get a fucking life.” It’s improved my well-being and game so much that I stopped practicing and just let my improved inner game handle all my social interactions. However, thanks to some advice from you and Sterling, I’ve started to get back on the horse to improve my game in order to combine it with an improved inner game. As Sterling told me a couple months ago, inner game and outer game don’t live in two separate worlds, and so working on my identity while finding the time to constantly polish my pick-up skills is a balance I have to work on in my life.

I’m still far away from the average guy, but posts such as this one are pure gold. Thanks for writing it and looking forward to your next one!

Hella good article! I’m still thankful that the girl I tried to girlfriend after six months of this stuff dumped me. It totally opened the door for me to get ten times better… Also have a whole different set of more ambitious friends now too, and that’s a good thing!

Wow I never actually heard of this polypropylene underwear before.I grew up in NYC freezing my ass off in the Winter.Wish I knew about this then.I live in the Caribbean now so won’t be needing this now.Good article though bro’.

Once not too long into my meditation, I had an odd experience. I was asleep and I became conscious to the fact that I was dreaming, So I tried to start meditating while in the dream. Even now I find it hard to describe what it was like, but scary is a good word to use.

You must have been a PI Marine. Because I was 1st Bn too during the exact same time and we didn’t get no weenie polypropylene underwear. Maybe you guys got it so all the PI recruits would stop crying about their sand flea bites.
